The fastest PC browser: Maxthon's MXNitro

Maxthon, for the uninitiated, is a web browser highly appreciated by its niche of users because it is fast and full of features.
We have already talked about Maxthon browser in the past describing it as surprising and, for some things, even better than Chrome.
Now Maxthon is trying to level up again to raise the bar, MxNitro, which promises to be the fastest PC browser ever .
As it is written on the presentation page, this super speed is made possible by four factors:
The MxNitro team focused on 4 main areas to gain speed.
- The removal of often unused features and functions that weighed down the program.
- New pre-fetching and algorithmic and predictive pre-linking technology based on the history (which, according to the developers, would even be patent pending), so that the most visited links and sites are loaded in the background and presented to the user in a flash.
- A simple, light, very minimal user interface, practically absent.
More specifically, Maxthon writes that MxNitro installs and starts 3 times faster than what should be the fastest Windows PC browser today, Chrome 37. In addition to starting MXNitro is also capable of loading web pages on 30 for one hundred faster than Chrome and to speed up browsing on any Windows PC, especially on older ones.
With such a declaredly enthusiastic presentation, you cannot not try Maxthon's MXNitro, download and install it. The program is in its first version but it already works well and without interruptions or bugs. From my test it can be said that MxNitro is really the fastest PC browser, even if ultra essential . In addition, with its minimal appearance, it is also very easy to use even for the less experienced. There are so many basic functions that you would expect to see in a browser, so as to remain a little displaced. For example there is no button for settings and there is no possibility to change the home page or the default search engine (or at least I have not found it). The only thing there is is the manager of the favorites, instead a customizable speed dial is missing to access the favorite sites from the first tab. MXNitro doesn't even support flash sites because it totally lacks external plugins. In the end it is really a mere browse web pages, very fast, but without any other function.
Final note: MxNitro has not been updated over the years, so it now seems to have been abandoned.
