Train in the gym or at home with personalized cards and online instructor

A website that provides a useful and free type of service is always to be appreciated.
If then this website is not only a space full of talk (like Navigaweb) but provides a real application, usable online without downloading anything and without registrations, then it becomes a must and should not only be reported but also sponsored loudly.
Unfortunately, as almost always happens, this type of site does not come from Italy and is in English but, as it has been done, the language is absolutely not an obstacle.
Today we talk about fitness, to train at home or in a gym, performing the exercises recommended by an extremely competent online instructor .
On the GainFitness website you can create your own personalized card of exercises for the training of the muscles of the whole body .
Even if it is in English, thanks to the figures and, above all, to the videos that show how an exercise is performed, it is easy to understand both how a specific workout is done and what it is used for.
To start, you don't need to register, you can immediately press the Try It Now button.
To customize the training card, you must choose:
- the time of training;
- the location or if you go to the gym or if you train at home (obviously in the gym there are tools that you cannot have at home).
- The goal we have set ourselves: Lose weight, stay fit or increase muscle mass.
- What type of training to do: the whole body, only the upper part, then the arms, pectoral, abdominal, back and chest, only the lower part with the muscles of the legs, aerobics with bodyweight exercises.
By pressing on Tuning Option you can further customize the online instructor card specifying if you are male or female, the level of experience in the gym and the intensity with which you want to train, from light warm up to very heavy.
Where GEAR is written, you can indicate which tools, if any, you have at home for the exercises.
After putting a cross on " i agree ... " you can press Build Workout and get a really professional detailed card .
The exercises are listed in order of execution and grouped into three categories: warm-up, heavy training, cooling .
Each exercise has a name in English that can be translated with an online translator but a lot, under each, there is a photo that indicates what it is, the technical details and you can also see a demonstration video (as the application is in development, some videos are not yet available).
For each workout it is graphically indicated which muscles are involved, how long, how many sets to do and how many repetitions for each set.
There is also a KG box for weight exercises that is not yet active but will be active soon.
The card can be changed manually if there were exercises that you don't want to do.
At the end, you can save the training card by creating an account on GainFitness or print it with the button at the bottom of the page.
I don't know if it will remain free forever but, for the moment, this GainFitness enters the first place in the ranking of the best sites for fitness and online gym.
