Instead of a fixed and always the same wallpaper, you can choose a live wallpaper in real time, similar to animated wallpapers for smartphones, with moving images that make the desktop rather dynamic and never the same. Windows, by itself, does not allow you to choose offers animated backgrounds, but they can still be activated using external programs to be installed and kept running.
The only drawback of animated wallpapers is that, on portable PCs, these consume battery which, according to some estimates, is between six and ten percent more than normal.
While therefore on desktop PCs and laptops when connected to the socket there is no problem to use a live wallpaper on Windows, when going on battery it will be convenient to disable the program that activates the animated wallpaper.

3) RainWallpaper is a program that activates dynamic, moving backgrounds with animated images such as rain, a panorama and then also images of cartoons, space, motors, hi-tech, animals.
4) Blue Ocean Aquarium is a program to see fish swimming on the desktop background, like in an aquarium, with many tropical fish and different options to customize live animations.
5) YoWindow: it shows the weather forecast in real time as an animated background and is a program for Windows and Mac that is really nice, free and with beautiful graphics.
6) The Earth that moves on the desktop background is offered by a free program of which I have already spoken, very simple and impressive, which follows the real movement of the planet showing the real-time movements of the clouds and the alternation between day it's night.
7) Animated backgrounds such as that of the waving flag or other types, backgrounds with videos and screensaves are available on the Push Entertainment website.

8) It is not really an animated live wallpaper but it is a way to make the desktop dynamic by using images that rotate every periodically after a certain period of time.
You can then use programs to automatically change the background image of the PC, rotating personal photos or images taken from the internet or even go to the Windows desktop screen settings and configure a rotating image folder in the choice of wallpaper.
