MEGA-Sync program to upload computer folders to the internet

Last year, Kim Dotcom, the historic founder of the late Megaupload, launched a new cloud storage service called MEGA.
Mega Cloud gives all registered users 50 GB of free space in which to upload files to the Internet in a secure and encrypted way.
Mega is therefore very different from its predecessor Megaupload and other file sharing sites, but it is more similar to Dropbox or other cloud storage services.
Basically it is not a site where you can publish things so that they can be downloaded by other people even unknown, but a web application to be used in private or public mode, to upload files to always have available any computer you use, via the internet.
What Mega.Co.nz was missing was the client to synchronize files which has now been finally released for Windows PC.
The MEGASync client works on Windows, Mac and Linux.
The program allows you to synchronize one or more folders on your computer on the MEGA online space up to 50 GB in total, which is the highest amount for a free account.
Installation is simple and without tricks; by choosing the advanced one you can select the computer folder and the one on MEGA to keep them in sync.
Once installed, you are asked to log in to your account which, if you do not yet have it, you need to create it on the Mega.nz site.
After setting up your account, MEGASync remains running in the background and adds an icon to the system tray that allows you to access its configuration console.
The settings are similar to those of other clients such as Dropbox or Onedrive, with the ability to limit network bandwidth or configure a proxy and start the client automatically.
MEGASync has a very smart option in the Sync tab that allows you to choose other folders to synchronize in the cloud Storage so that you can upload what you want into the storage space without having to move it.
The nodes would be the folders created inside MEGA and it is possible to associate each local folder to a specific online folder that can also have a different name (the structure of the Mega folders can be managed from the Mega.co.nz website)
MEGASync works great and, considering that there is also an iPhone and Android app, Mega becomes a serious alternative as a cloud drive in which to keep the files synchronized (especially because as a transfer speed MEGA really seems to be superior to all ).
