Sharing a Gmail address and simultaneous access to two accounts

One of the most useful options options available for users who use Gmail with Google Apps is the ability to share access to email with other people .
This feature is very useful for small and large companies that may need a shared email account so that they can read and send emails without having to wait for the actual owner and without having to log in with their login credentials.
For a few days, this shared access to Gmail has been available to all those who have an @ gmail.com email address.
Its usefulness lies in the fact that it now becomes possible to have a shared management of a single Email address so, by entering with two or more different accounts (maximum 10), this unique address is used to receive messages.
In an emergency, then, if the account owner could not read the mail, he can delegate to someone else the task of reading and replying to an E-Mail, without having to communicate his password.
Those who are put in a position to manage that account can read, send and delete mail and access the Google address book.
However, he cannot change account settings (such as password), or chat on behalf of the owner.
To grant access to another account, you need to click on the Settings link in the top right corner of Gmail.
In the "Account" tab you will see a new section where you can " Grant access to your account: ".
Only those who have a Google account can be added and, therefore, use another Gmail account, you cannot use any email address.
The new account will receive an email with the link to accept or deny access.
The person who receives the proxy and accepts, will not have to disconnect from their account but will be able to log in simultaneously.
You will see a small down arrow next to the email address at the top right of Gmail which is used to switch between accounts.
Each account opens in a new tab or browser window so you can view both of your Gmail mail simultaneously.
The only problem, for now, is that if one of those who use the account logs out and leaves, all the others are thrown out and have to log in again with their name and password.
A feature that has been available for a few months is instead that of being able to use multiple Google accounts simultaneously .
This time the setting is found in your account options, under " simultaneous access ".
This simultaneous access allows you to use multiple accounts together, so you can read the mail of two GMail addresses, use two Google Reader accounts, use two calendars and manage two sites belonging to two different accounts.
Also from the Gmail options, you can add another email address that can be used to access Gmail or other Google online services.
This is useful because, if your main account is hacked, you can always restore access and get back into your account.
