Email reminders, reminders and online checklists to remind you of things to do

In another article we had seen the best online agendas, this time we extend that discussion by talking about online applications that are used to create online " To-Do " or " Reminders " lists, that is the typical to-do lists, commitments and deadlines that you they want to remember.
An online system to take notes and store them in your own personal space on the internet, makes them available wherever you are and from any PC connected to the network, thus allowing easy organization of the tasks and tasks that can be added and eliminated with a few clicks .
The search among many events is facilitated by fast filters, characteristic of the best professional work planning programs.
In addition to checking the lists of things to do, on the internet, at any time, they can also be shared with anyone you want by giving access to your web space or by forwarding them via email or sms.
Especially those who find themselves covered with things to do and, for work, receive numerous assignments, projects and deadlines, a list can really help manage all these tasks.

Organizing your work online may seem unsafe and uncomfortable, however modern services ensure a certain solidity and security that the data is not lost and not read by other people.
There are many websites and web applications useful for organizing things to do and with the common characteristics, for being integrable on mobile phones and for sending, in the form of warnings or alarms, the approach to deadlines, by mail, via sms or through others common tools on the internet, such as Twitter or Skype .
The simplest web application to create a checklist to print is Printable Checklist where there is a blank sheet of paper to write things to do and then the sheet can be printed.
In this way, with the pen, you can mark the task performed.
The best sites on the internet to store data and organize online commitments are:
1) Wunderlist, one of the most advanced web apps of this kind, also for Android and iPhone, which allows you to create reminders and reminders for each shopping list, with modern graphics and unique sharing and organization functions.
2) Microsoft To-Do, app to create to-do lists and reminders, released in 2017, described in another article.
3) Remember The Milk is a task manager for your commitments and is an easy but excellent reminder.
"Remember milk" is compatible with a wide range of applications and devices, including Google Calendar, Gmail, Twitter, Blackberry and the iPhone or iPod touch.
Basically, it works as if it were a virtual secretary who has to remember appointments.
After saying to "Remember the milk", that, for example, "at 12 noon on 18 March send birthday greetings to Claudio", you can choose how long before the reminder should arrive, where it should arrive and how often i.e. how often and how often you want to receive the reminder.
The reminder can be received by email, by text message or on a messaging client such as MSN Messenger, Skype, Google Talk and others.
The activities can be located on Google Maps, they can be synchronized on Google Calendar, whole lists of tasks can be shared and the various tasks can be seen as a tag cloud, that is, as a speech bubble where the most recurring words appear larger than the least used for an immediate overview.
A reminder can also be scheduled via email, by sending a message that has "Remember the milk" as the recipient.
By putting it, for example, in CC on a normal e-mail, you can mark the eventual appointment, simultaneously with when it is fixed with another person.
4) Evernote is used to collect, synchronize, search, archive, and share information.
The main interface is a website but there is also a desktop client available for Mac and Windows and for smartphones such as the iPhone, the iPod Touch and Windows Mobile devices.
With Evernote it is very easy and quick to add information and store not only your favorite websites to be able to consult them later but also the emails that are received on your inbox.
Evernote offers a very useful mailbox to use it as a temporary mail, whose address can change with the simple press of the reset button, to be used for subscriptions to websites and to receive spam.
Another important feature of Evernote is the ability to search for words within images.
Evernote also has an extension for Google Chrome so you can save your notes online with a click.
Like Evernote there are also Google Keep and Microsoft Onenote, free.
5) App by Postit and Stickies, suitable for people who work best with visual reminders, because it works a bit like the classic sticky post-it notes that, in this case, virtually stick to the desktop.
Stickies can be completely customized and many different functions can be found.
For example, post-its can be linked to a website or document, so that they will only be displayed in connection with them; allows network support for transferring notes between different computers, for example between computers within the same LAN, and alarms can be set for each note.
6) Google Calendar is the Google online agenda that we have already talked about.
I add here that offline integration can be done with Google Gears and becomes excellent with the Mozilla Thunderbird email application.
The deadlines for appointments marked on the Google calendar can be received as an email or as an SMS (see here how to receive free sms as a reminder with Google Calendar).
Google Calendar also integrates Google Tasks to create expired task lists .
7) To-Do-Desklist is a software to be installed on the PC, powerful and effective for managing tasks that helps users record notes, important notes, appointments, reminders, etc.
Users don't have to deal with a complex hierarchical structure, To-Do-Desklist works in a simple way with a user interface that allows users to write "TO-DO" lists and notes very quickly.
Users can customize entries via hotkeys, review all tasks as a whole and mark completed ones.
Users can also set the priority on to-do list items and sort them by priority or date.
8) Voo2do is another site very similar to Remember The Milk and which includes some advanced features for monitoring the time spent on a task or project thanks to an integrated timer.
9) Todoist is an online manager of tasks and commitments to remember, with a more complex interface than the others.
Tasks and projects are divided into categories and sub-categories and an activity tree can be created.
It can be used very well at more professional levels thanks to many advanced functions that we have not been able to explore.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use a website, you can download and install programs that display a calendar, to-do lists and reminders on the screen, superimposed on the desktop.
