Presentations and slideshows with zoom on Powerpoint and large images

To create electronic presentations on the computer, the most used tool is Powerpoint.
Beyond all the other software that imitate Powerpoint, there are also online tools that allow you to create large high-resolution images, composed of a collage of other smaller images.
By zooming alternately on one part or another of the large image, a dynamic presentation of great visual effect is composed.
This idea, difficult to explain in words, has been implemented so that anyone can easily create the large image, writing on it or adding photos and graphics, to compose a real presentation.
The navigation on the various pieces of image takes place through a convenient player that can reproduce the presentation in full screen with automatic zoom, moving the scene from one side to the other
The graphic effect, in addition to being innovative, allows you to really make a great impression, even in work, professional or school environments.
1) If you have Powerpoint 2007 or 2010 you can install the pptPlex plugin to be able to create presentations where you can zoom in on the slides.
Basically, instead of going back and forth with the slides, you arrange them all on one plane and then scroll through them making enlargements and sequential returns.
2) The best web application to create this presentation with automatic zoom on very high resolution images is Prezi .
On the Prezi.com website you can see some examples of slideshows that seem similar to those of Powerpoint with the difference that each slide is not separate from the others, instead it is a piece of the same large image.
For example, you can open the presentation of the Prezi online service here.
As you can see, in the online player, there is a Play button to go to the next slide, a More button that allows you to start the automatic presentation and put it in full screen, a side navigation menu with the + and - buttons to zoom in on the image.
Starting playback, you seem to see a normal flash presentation, but if you move the image with the zoom you will be able to discover the large base poster.
By clicking on the image it can be moved and navigated manually.
A presentation similar to that can be created from scratch easily, without downloading anything and for free.
Each new presentation can be incorporated on any website and shared on Facebook or Linkedin through an html code to copy and paste.
I don't start writing a guide because on the Prezi website there is a guided tutorial that explains everything by thread and by sign.
If you need a guide in Italian, you can watch this presentation.
3) A paid program to create dynamic presentations with zoomable images on its website is MagicToolBox.
A fifth site was Zoomorama which closed however leaving an image with Van Gogh's high resolution paintings that I really recommend looking at.
Finally, I remember the list with the best web applications for making Powerpoint presentations and slideshows
