How to integrate Google Keep with Google Docs

For all those who, rightly and with satisfaction, use Google Keep as a notepad and note app on smartphones and PCs, there is an interesting novelty, the possibility of being able to integrate the various Keep notes into Google Docs .
This feature allows everyone to integrate and add quickly and with a few clicks all the notes taken with Keep in a Word document written with Google Docs.
Therefore, those who use taking notes on the move from their mobile phone, even visually through photographs, can then add them to a document and save the various notes in an organized way.
Google Keep can now officially be considered an integral part of the suite of tools for working with Google.
Google Keep integration works only with the Google Docs web application, i.e. with the app for writing and not with Google spreadsheets or presentations.
To activate the function you only need to open a new or an old Google Docs in edit mode, starting from the Google Docs site.
From the writing interface, click on the " Tools " menu at the top to see Keep's Notepad entry.
The first time you use this tool you will be asked to activate the function and try it out.
On the right side of the window the list of Keep notes opens and, for each of them, you can press the button with three dots to then click on the option that adds that note to the document you are writing.
Conversely, you can save parts of a document already written in Google Keep, perhaps to save only the most important things that you need to remember and keep on hand.
For each element of a document opened in Google Docs, therefore on selected portions of text or even images, just press the right button and use the option to save the image or the key as in Keep.
Keep in mind that Google Keep is one of the best apps for writing notes to remember and that all notes are automatically synchronized in each device used, making it truly a universal, convenient and fast tool.
