Find out who reads the emails and enters my email

I found an interesting trick to find out if anyone else reads my email and accesses my email inbox .
With the Internet, privacy often goes to be blessed and there are many cases in which private facts are discovered only because someone has managed to steal the password to access e-mail and read personal emails.
In many articles I have already said how to protect online service accounts and avoid getting your password caught by friends, colleagues or strangers.
I have repeatedly reminded that in 99% of cases, if a password ends up in hands other than its own, the fault is its own, for lack of attention, for naivety or because you have been deceived with some trivial software stealing passwords.
The fact remains that, at times, one may have the doubt of being spied on and that one's emails are read by another person.
To find out if this is true and if someone reads my emails, you can devise a very nice trick to catch even who he is .
Even if e-mail was not used for work or to store bank account numbers or financial information, there may be personal and private communications that you would not like to know is normal.
Mail accounts such as Gmail or Yahoo mail are unlimited so there may be all your history inside and there is no need to let another person know about it.
If you have this suspicion, you have to organize a trap that can work if the spy does not expect it and that serves to recognize who he is.
One who enters an e-mail that is not his own, reads the e-mails and sets them as unread to avoid being noticed.
The trick then is to make him read a particular email with an attachment that may interest him by following these steps.
1) Register on the OneStatFree site which is a free hit counter for websites.
You can put any name and a fake web address (I used Googler.com).
2) After registering, a welcome message to the service should be sent to your mailbox with a file called OneStatScript.txt attached .
If you do not receive the confirmation email, the account should still be active so you can log in with Onestatfree with your name and password, go to "Settings" and then to "Get Script" and save the script in a txt file.
Inside this file there is an html code which is used to count the accesses every time it is opened .
3) Change the name of the text document giving it a name that can attract the person who reads the emails secretly.
For example, you can call listapassword.htm or personal photos.htm or Facebook login.htm and so on.
The important thing is to put the extension .htm (instead of .txt) otherwise the trick won't work.
4) You send this file to yourself (to the email address to be checked) from another email box or you can save it between drafts.
The subject of the email should also be a phrase that attracts the attention of someone who spies.
5) Now, the trap has been placed and if there is someone who reads my emails, it could fall for it (it is not said) by opening the attachment .
At that moment, OneStat records the visit which will be visible on the statistics panel.
For this visitor OneStat also provides several details including the IP address and its geographical origin .
This way it should be easy to understand not only if your e-mail account is spied on but also by whom.
In another article, the discussion on how to locate an IP address and find its position is deepened.
Then tell me if the trick worked and, if so, if you know of other ways to catch intruders in the Email box.
In another article it is written how to find where an e-mail is sent to track the sender.
Follow other instructions if you suspect that the Email account is used by others or compromised.
