The prices of Tiscali are super affordable and as mentioned at the beginning the speeds are good (up to 100 Mega or even 1000 Mega) only if we are covered by the Tiscali network or if we are reached by the rented TIM network. If we are not reached by the Tiscali network and not even by the TIM fiber optic network, it is better to focus on other shores since there are no offers for the old ADSL connectivity, which now only generates problems and slowdowns and should be completely abandoned (as Tiscali seems to have done, which only offers fiber optic subscriptions for all its users).
