As you can see, the most effective tools for maintaining a computer are included: disk cleaning and better sorting of files (thanks to the defragmentation utility).
The program is simple and complete even in its free version and works in the background unless it is removed from the automatic start (in the Glary settings).
Glary, in my opinion, is one of those tools that everyone should have on their computer, because of the huge amount of tools that are quickly accessible.
I wouldn't keep it running all the time, but it's good to use once a month or more to keep your PC in good condition at the Windows system level, all the time you use it.
