How to magnify the screen on smartphone or tablet (zoom on Android and iOS)

Smartphones now have increasingly large screens, but it can happen, if you have vision problems, that the screen content is too small to be read or seen properly.
The display of web pages on the Android smartphone or iPhone or even on tablets such as the iPad can be unclear or difficult to read well even for those who have no vision problems.
Fortunately, without having to use external applications, you can always enlarge the screen and zoom in to better see what you are looking at.
Below is the guide for iPhone and iPad (with iOS7) and for Android, to enlarge the screen and zoom .
On an iPhone or iPad with iOS7, to zoom on the screen you have to enable it from Settings, then in General -> Accessibility -> Zoom
Zoom can now be turned on and off by double tapping the screen with three fingers
To scroll the screen, while zooming is active, you have to slide your three fingers on the screen.
To adjust the magnification level, double tap with three fingers, continuing to hold after the second touch.
Move your fingers up to zoom in and down to zoom out.
With an Android smartphone or tablet (from version 4.2) to enlarge the entire screen and zoom:
Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Magnification Gestures and turn ON at the top of the screen.
From now on you can enlarge the entire screen, whatever app you are using, by making a triple tap or tap.
Touch the screen three times quickly to enlarge the part touched and see it enlarged.
Repeating the triple touch gesture disables the zoom.
During an enlargement you can move the frame by holding two fingers together and dragging them.
Always with two fingers or using the pinch gesture you can change the zoom level.
On all smartphones and tablets, both Android and iPhone and iPad, when you visit a website, generally, you can enlarge the page you navigate with a double touch or with the gesture of a pinch.
