PC training programs for the body, to keep fit and relax the muscles

Did you look at yourself?
Do you think you can keep in shape by being there, always sitting in front of the computer? So now you absolutely have to take a break and get up from this chair that is stuck to your buttocks (note the finesse)!
It is not possible to be so sedentary and, above all, it is not good for the body, it weakens the body and weakens the mind.
True that we like the virtual but something must also be done really, you can not train or go to the gym using an avatar of a virtual world that wriggles in our place, the training exercises must be performed really, even in front of the computer but at least getting up from the chair.
In support, Pom-HeyWEB certainly comes! with three very nice, fun and also useful programs for doing online training, really but with a virtual instructor whose movements you have to follow.
Unfortunately I found only two valid ones, if there were others, do not hesitate to report them even if in another post I had already listed the best fitness sites with gym exercises to follow through videos and interactive cards.
1) Off4Fit is a free and free program to download and install on your PC aimed at creating moments of rest, relaxation and staying fit even if you work .
This software, once started, stands out for the appearance, in the system tray at the bottom right, of a fearsome clock alarm.
Basically an inexorable countdown has started which calculates how long the person is working in front of the computer.
After the 50 minutes have elapsed, the program requires us workaholics and computer technicians to take a break that does not involve going to eat a sandwich with salami, but to do guided exercises.
The beauty of the program is the appearance of a player in which there are videos with an instructor who dictates the times and shows the exercises for training.
You can thus choose whether to do an eye workout to relax them and make them recover from the tiredness caused by monitors and computers, for the hands to avoid trauma from the mouse or keyboard and to loosen the muscles and nerves and also very light bodyweight exercises aimed primarily at stretching to melt.
Each type of training is performed seven times by the instructor whose movements must be followed and also supported by brief instructions for each exercise, in Italian.
Obviously gymnastics can be started even before the end of the countdown and its duration can be configured even if, I would say, 50 minutes of work and 10 breaks are more than acceptable.
The only annoyance is the appearance of a small advertising banner once every time you start gymnastics but you just need to know and close it with the X.
2) Finally, the ABC of Fitness website is very simple and immediate, offering 38 types of different exercises, with graphic animation of a little man designed that shows the correct progress of the workout as well as the written explanations.
There are Stretching and Resistance exercises, those with free body and those with weights, each dedicated to a different muscle group and useful for keeping fit.
This, although in English, is very easy to use and intuitive for everyone.
3) The Passion4Profession website offers free training cards for the whole body.
It is not a program, it is a web application that works directly online, in Italian.
There are so many muscle exercises divided by each muscle of the body that must be exercised: Trapezius (neck), Deltoid (shoulders), Biceps (arms), Triceps, Forearms, Pectorals, Addobinals, Obliques, Backs (Back), Lumbar, Buttocks (Seat), adductors (inner thigh), quadriceps, hamstrings, calves.
Each exercise has a description and an animated video to follow and you can search for programs using the search fields and filters for tools and muscle to be dissolved and kept in shape.
4) FitByFun is an excellent program that no longer exists.
However, I leave the description I wrote even if, the fact that it is not free and above all the fact that they do not say it on the site, disqualifies it.
The program is nice and useful for training in front of a computer, especially for those who would sweat and keep fit if motivated by the animations of a video game.
Practically with FitbyFun the PC is transformed into a Wii Fit where you have to follow the movements of the cartoon in front of the screen.
The character on the screen moves his arms and legs and performs the services starting from warming up to real motor activity.
Over time, the game shows how many calories have been burned during training, as well as the time spent.
The virtual online fitness instructor can be customized as you wish and it also becomes fun to see this avatar shaking on the screen.
Each training session is accompanied by rhythmic music typical of aerobics classes.
The app also tracks the history of each workout so you can review your progress over time.
To play FitbyFun you need to download a small file that starts if you have Java installed on your PC.
I still remember that only the first lesson is free.
