With Facebook Messenger you can call friends for free on your mobile phone, if they also use Facebook Messenger.

Facebook Messenger does not give the possibility to call normal, fixed or mobile numbers and does not have a paid plan.

6) Whatsapp
Surprise surprise, for some the calls from Whatsapp are already active, free and without costs.

In the end, with these services, it is almost no longer worth having a subscription of 20 or 30 Euros per month on your mobile phone and it is not even worth having a landline phone at home since you can call in VOIP, from your computer or, better yet, from the same mobile phone smartphone, using simple and extremely inexpensive applications, more than any offer of local mobile phone companies.
