The game controls are difficult and you have to learn them with practice.
You will notice that to drive the various vehicles there are always different controls and keys so to learn how to play it will take a little initial effort and training.
I could say that ARMA 2 Free is a military game for fans and players of experience, certainly not for casual players and for those looking for a light pastime.
The graphics are not exactly the best given the limitation of the free version but the playability has no restrictions and really leaves room for every possible action alternative.
