Install .IPA applications on iPhone and iPad from PC

Installing applications and games on iPhone or iPod Touch or iPad from PC is possible using iTunes, which allows you to download and automatically install and update them. With iTunes it was also possible to backup the applications, saving them on the PC as .ipa files, so that you could reinstall them whenever you wanted.
This backup mode, however little used because apps can always be downloaded from the Apple Store continuously, was later withdrawn by Apple. On all iPhones and iPads with iOS 9, it has become impossible to backup applications on PC and Mac using iTunes or any other program.
This means that, theoretically, it is impossible to install apps via .ipa files, unlike on Android where, however, it is always possible to install apk application files even those downloaded from the internet, outside the Google Play store.
Fortunately, there is still a program that works and allows you to install IPA files on iPhone from PC .
No unlocking and no " jailbreak " is needed to install applications on iPhone without iTunes, just use a different program like Cydia Impactor that also works on iOS 12.
It is a simple program developed by the same author of the Cydia store, which allows you to drag and drop IPA files from the PC to the iPhone and then proceed to manually install the applications without going through the Apple Store.
Therefore, if you find a site from which to download .ipa apps, you can overcome geographical restrictions and Apple limitations without problems.
To use Cydia Impactor, open the program on a Windows PC, connect the iPhone to the PC with the USB cable and make it recognized.
You can then drag the .IPA file from the desktop onto the Cydia Impactor, on the writing of your iPhone to start installing it.
The program will ask you to enter your Apple Store login credentials, Apple ID and password, which will be entered. To work, Cydia Impactor requires iTunes to be installed on the PC.
Magically, the app of the .ipa file will appear as installed on the iPhone. Before using it, however, you must authorize the certificate by going to Settings> General> Profile and device management, click on your personal Apple ID and then, for the newly installed app, authorize the certificate.
