Have the computer write itself with automatic text entry

One of these days I saw a report on television concerning the investigations for some famous murders in Italy.
Reference was made to the famous alibi: " I was at the computer writing the thesis " demonstrated by the fact that the system dates confirmed the use of the PC in word processing at that time.
Today like yesterday, to say that you were in front of the computer at a given moment, is an absolutely inconsistent and unprovable alibi because, as we have learned, in a PC you can automate any kind of operation, even writing a text, a thesis degree or divine comedy.
These are not programs created with criminal intent and it does not take a policeman to find out about existence.
They are simply automation software that allow you to use a computer according to the purpose for which they were invented: to do automatic jobs and to avoid repetitive tasks by humans .
For example, I remember one of my first jobs in the IT field where you had to copy and paste continuously, always in the same way.
After realizing that it was a robot job, I found a little program that recorded the actions on the computer and worked for me, so in the meantime I did my own thing.
Who knows why then they also ask for a degree for this kind of work but this is another matter ...
This automation program is called Autohotkey which takes some skill to search for and create the automation scripts you need.
Other simpler programs to automate repetitive tasks on the computer are in another article.
Anyway, today I looked for a program that would allow you to write automatically simulating the typing of the keys of a keyboard on a program like Microsoft Word.
The best found is KeyText which, unfortunately, can be used for free for 30 days, then you pay.
With this universal automation program, just copy a text, paste it into the text A of the program (right-click menu -> edit text item) and then, in front of the text, add a new Item -> Insert Field Wizard -> Macro or Run - > Next -> Run a Program -> Browser -> Word.exe -> Finish .
Give the OK and then, try to start the selected text (Left key -> A) and see how Word opens and the computer starts writing a new document by itself .
You can also set a slower typing speed from the options so as to simulate your job.
You can also configure that there are automatic saves or pauses in the middle of the text.
Also you can schedule the start of an action such as writing a document on Word, so that it starts automatically at a certain time on a certain day.
So you can practically prove to someone that you worked during a certain period even if you did something else.
A similar and free program is Phrase Express Autotext of which I had already spoken in the post on the autocompletion of the text to write faster.
On that occasion I had not considered how it was also possible to automate the writing of a text copied from the Internet or from other files, making it write to the computer, automatically, as if you were working on it.
To try to make the PC write on its own, you can follow this procedure.
After installing and starting it, the icon appears at the bottom right near the clock.
By pressing the mouse button and selecting Settings, the configuration interface opens.
Press on the blank with the right button in the left part and create a new Phrase and give it a name.
Where Phrase Content is written, paste the text that you want to be written alone.
Then put the cursor in front of the first word of the text and add the command to open Word.
Then press on Add Macro -> Automation -> Execute Application .
In Tools -> Settings -> Expert Options -> Delays, configure a slower key-by-key time .
After saving by giving the final OK, press the left button again on the PhraseExpress icon and select the name given to the task just configured.
As if by magic, Word will open and begin to write the copied text more or less slowly .
Unfortunately I have not found a way to schedule the tasks so that they start automatically at a certain time.
PassPhrase, as well as Autohotkey, is a program that allows you to automate almost any operation and is widely used especially for making corrections or recalling texts on the fly (such as an address or a courtesy text).
Let me know if you find other free programs that automatically write on the computer and if you know other ways of using these programs that are really very interesting to explore.
If they make you work as a robot, you don't lend yourself to the game of the ignorant boss, you do everything on the computer as if it were a man and go to the bar, sure you can prove that you worked well and all day!
