While for iPhone there is an Apple synchronization program, which everyone knows, called iTunes, there is nothing similar for Android, there is no official PC program to synchronize Android devices in order to transfer data and manage your smartphone or tablet. This however is not a problem since there are numerous other external developer programs capable of doing what iTunes does, even better .
One of them is Moboplay, a free Windows PC program that supports iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
The program can work via USB connection or Wi-Fi connection, it is easy to use and guides the user through the configuration phase. and guides you through the configuration steps of your mobile device and Windows PC to establish connections.
Speaking of Android, the connection via USB cable is required at first start and after installation.
To activate it, you need to activate USB Debugging in the Settings of your smartphone, in the Developer Options section.
It may also be necessary to install the drivers on the PC at the first connection which should be configured automatically.
After the first connection, an app is installed on the phone that allows you to synchronize data via wifi, without using the USB cable anymore.
Once the device is connected, MoboPlay has a clear graphical interface from which you can do a number of things like backing up memory, restoring, managing photos, music, videos and applications .
It then becomes very easy to transfer photos and other files to your PC as you would an iTunes sync.
You can also import, export and edit phone data (contacts, messages) and manage files on the device manually.
MoboPlay also emulates some of the best Pushbullet features to send and receive notes, files and links from Android to the PC and the ability to reply directly to SMS messages from the PC.
