After years spent with the same operator, you decide that it is the right time to change operators by canceling the old offer in order to be able to choose one of the new ones calmly, perhaps focusing on optical fiber. This may be necessary in particular if we have to move: it is possible to bring the same number with you, but the procedure is so long that we remain without connection for a long time, therefore it is better to cancel the old contract and make a new one.

1) Termination TIM
If we have a contract with TIM, you can cancel by going to the Modules Web page, reachable from here -> TIM Modules .
We click on the See all button under the Landline section and identify the items Telephone line withdrawal form without rental phone and Telephone line withdrawal form with rental phone .
Based on our contract, choose the right form and click on the Download button next to each item indicated.
A window will now appear where we will be asked to enter a number to be called back (one last attempt by the company to convince you not to close the contract); we avoid inserting anything and click below (in small characters) on the item Click here .
A PDF form will now be downloaded, to be printed and filled in each field with personal information, contract details, telephone number and bank details in case of refunds.
Once the sheet has been filled in by hand in its entirety, we must envelope it and send it by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

We wait for the letter to reach its destination, you will certainly be called back to confirm the cancellation.
We remind you that the deactivation costs are € 49, to which must be added the penalties due to early termination for subscriptions with restrictions of 24 or 48 months (not yet expired) and any costs for rental equipment (to be returned in a TIM store).
2) Termination of Vodafone
If, on the other hand, we have a contract with Vodafone, in order to cancel our subscription, we will have to go to the specific page of the web portal, available here -> Vodafone modules .
Once the page is open we click on Withdrawal from the fixed number only contract if we only have the fixed line voice, Withdrawal from the Internet contract or Fiber if instead we have an Internet contract.
The site will ask us for access credentials for the Vodafone personal area; if we do not yet have an account, we can create it on the spot by clicking on the Register button and using the landline number and a personal password.
Once logged in we will be shown an online form to be filled in in all its fields, so that we can send the cancellation request digitally without using pen and paper.
If instead we want to send the cancellation by registered letter with return receipt, we download any generic cancellation form (such as the one available here ), envelope it and send it to:

We wait for the letter to reach its destination, so that we can terminate the contract within 30 days.
The Internet and Fiber offers provide for a minimum contractual stay of 24 renewals and in the event of early termination, a fee of € 45 is foreseen; payment of the residual installments of the activation fee is also envisaged in a single payment. In case of termination of the line outside the contractual constraints, a deactivation cost of 41 euros is foreseen.
3) Wind Infostrada cancellation
We have a contract with Wind Infostrada but are not satisfied?
We can cancel our subscription by downloading the form available here -> Infostrada form .
A PDF will open immediately which we will have to download and print, so that we can fill it in every part with the information regarding our line and the personal data in our possession.
Once the PDF has been completed in its entirety, we will have to envelope it and send it, by registered mail with return receipt, to:

In the event of complete termination of the line, the cost to be incurred is € 65, whatever the offer used.
At this cost we will have to add 40 euros or 100 euros for the redemption of the router and any other device granted on loan for use by Infostrada, but only if you have subscribed to Infostrada for less than 24 months. If we are over 24 months, we can keep the devices paying only € 1 per device.
4) Fastweb cancellation
In order to cancel a contract with Fastweb, simply fill in a cancellation form available in the personal MyFastPage area, reachable from here -> Fastweb Form .
Log in and fill in all the fields indicated, so that you can start the procedure for canceling the contract (which will become effective within 30 days).
If we want to send the cancellation by registered letter with return receipt, we can do it using a generic cancellation form (like the one available here ) and send it to the following address:

With Fastweb the deactivation costs are fixed and are equal to 56 €, any offer chosen.
In the case of active promotions or installment activation costs, the remaining sum not yet paid in addition to the deactivation cost will also be returned.
