Free Microsoft programs for students to learn and study computer science

Students certainly already use opensource programs to study and learn but, given that Microsoft takes this step forward, it is worth knowing how to use it in your school or university.
DreamSpark allows students from all over the world to download some Microsoft tools and software for free .
Requirements for this free download from DreamSpark is to be enrolled in an accredited school or university in one of the 124 countries admitted to the program, including Italy.
High school students must obtain the access key to DreamSpark by asking for it from the principal or the administration office.

So if the school is not accredited or registered in DreamSpark, you must tell the principal or school manager who can register on this site and make the request (maybe you will have to send a fax to Microsoft to prove you are a high school) and, in response, it should receive access keys for distribution among enrolled students.
The program is also open to those who study at home and in this case the request must be made by parents or guardians.
For university students, on the other hand, downloading Microsoft programs is much easier because it will be enough to register by selecting the country and using the university email which should already be registered on DreamSpark.
