Find the Microsoft Office product key

The Product Key (the serial number) used to install Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 can be changed through modifications on the registry keys:
Start -> Run -> REGEDIT
Follow the following course:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / Microsoft / Office / 11.0 (or 12.0 for 2007) / Registration /
(export a backup of the original key for security: Menu '-> File -> Export)
Rename the item "ProductID" to "OldProductID" and delete the item "DigitalProductID".
At this point, opening any of the applications of the Office package, you are asked to re-enter the registration code.
It is not a change that can cause damage to the system, however when changing the registry keys it is necessary to remember that the changes are saved directly and to make a copy of them and to mark the changes made to be ready, in case to go back.
For Office 2010 you can use Key Finder a small free program that, in addition to showing the registration code used, allows you to change it .
For all versions of Office you can also use Lazesoft Key Finder, which also works for Office 2013 as well as for previous ones.
Finally, a program that also manages to extract the product key from Office 2016 as well as all other versions is Sterjo Key Finder, which works like the others, automatically.
If you do not know the product key to insert or if you do not have a valid product key that is blocked by Microsoft's genuine control (Office Genuine Activation), I recommend buying Office.
The internet page that certifies the authenticity of Microsoft products is www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/whyvalidate.aspx?displaylang=en, and after installing the ActiveX control you will receive the validity or invalidity message.
