Add the calculator on the Excel menu

Those who use Microsoft Excel will probably have to do simple mathematical calculations often while working and, almost certainly, use the Windows calculator to do them.
With a little trick you can easily add the button to open the Windows calculator from the Excel menu bar at the top, so you can open it quickly when you need it.
In fact, on the Excel toolbar it is possible to add shortcuts to operations or commands that are often used, such as the one to cancel changes or to open a new file.
From Microsoft Excel, click on the down arrow in the small button bar at the top left (above the words Home, Insert ...) and, from the drop-down menu, click on " Other commands ".
From the Excel options dialog, go to "customize" and notice on the right a screen divided into two sections.
One is to customize the quick access bar while the other shows all the shortcuts already present in the quick toolbar.
From the " choose commands from " drop-down menu, select the " commands not present in the ribbon " item and, from the list provided, scroll to select and add the Calculator.
The calculator option is then moved to the right pane and you can press OK to save the list.
Going back to Excel you will see the button to open the Windows calculator in the quick access bar.
This trick can also be used to add other commands and works on all versions from Excel 2007 onwards.
