Delete sites visited on computers (Windows, Mac or Linux)

Depending on the browser used routinely, the procedure for deleting the sites visited may be different.
Below we see how to see and empty the history of the most popular browsers namely Chrome, Firefox, Safari (for Mac) and Microsoft Edge (Windows 10).
Clear history from Chrome
Press the menu button at the top right, the one with three dots, go to Other Tools> Clear browsing data .
In the window that appears you can choose whether to delete all the data or only those starting from a certain day, for example those of today if I have visited sites that I want to keep hidden from everyone.
You can then select the items to be removed from the computer, including stored images, cookies and passwords.

Delete sites visited in Firefox

Delete sites on Safari for Mac

Press the button with three dots at the top right, go to Settings and then on the Choose items to delete button, under " Clear exploration data ".

Delete sites visited on Android and iPhone mobiles and smartphones

Regarding mobile browsers, in this guide we see the most used ones, namely Chrome and Safari for iPhone.
To delete Chrome history on Android and iPhone
Open the Chrome app, touch the three dots button at the top to bring up the menu, go to Settings> Privacy, scroll down to find the button that clears browsing data, with the same type of Chrome screen to PC.
