Storyboard app converts videos into comics

Under the acronym " Google Research " some very simple experimental applications have come out, but they try to be innovative if only for their originality, becoming unique pieces of the stores.
We have already talked about Selfissimo, an app that takes automatic selfies to find the best photo, now let's discover Storyboard, which instead serves to convert videos into comics.
Using this application, you can convert videos made with your phone into fantastic comics, made of boards where the most significant scenes are depicted.
It therefore becomes a tool for transforming videos into images with the most important scenes, which through particular filters seem as hand-drawn, just like comics are.
For now, the Storyboard application is only available for Android phones and can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store.
The app is very simple, with an interface without buttons, where you just have to load the video from the phone memory to turn it into a comic.
After doing so, this application will start processing the video and automatically extract the frames deemed most important, i.e. those where the framed scene changes.
The various frames are then framed and combined into a single vertical sheet, which looks like a cartoon page.
By sliding your finger on the created image you can change the style of the comic, choosing the one that has a better, more defined rendering.
After finding the perfect result, you can save it in the phone gallery or share it directly in the usual ways using the buttons that appear by touching the image.
Google Storyboard is a very interesting app that allows you to save videos in something fun, even if for now there is no possibility of being able to add text to the comics, which we will perhaps see in future versions.
