Copy and paste on Android and iPhone mobiles

Probably one of the most used functions on computers, copy and paste, is the everyday computer user, is the copy and paste function.
The same copy and paste of text can also be done on Android phones and iPhones .
To copy parts of text on any Android screen where words and numbers appear, you must first select them with your finger, touching and holding on a word.
The cursors next to the selected word can be dragged with the finger to be able to select larger parts of text, entire sentences or even all the text of the web page or document or message.
At the top, when you select text, some buttons appear, including the one to make Copy .
By tapping on Copy, the selected text is kept in memory.
Going to another app, a Whatsapp chat, a document or any text screen or even the address bar in the case of a browser, you can touch the screen on the point where you want to paste what has been copied, hold down and then press on the Paste key that appears automatically.
Copying and pasting on iPhone works pretty much the same way, selecting a word with your finger pressure, then dragging the sliders to include longer text.
Note that on the iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, 8 and iPhone X where the screen has Touch 3D technology, the process of selecting the text is simpler and just touch the keyboard, hold on it and then dragging your finger left and right .
From the menu that appears when selecting a text, press Copy.
You can then paste the copied text into any app where you can write text by holding down on the writing space.
This whole process of copying and pasting text can be greatly improved with some applications that allow you to immediately copy multiple parts of text and keep them in memory to paste all the copied text, share it or use it on other applications.
The free app for Android Universal Copy is integrated into the Android menu and can only be forgotten after its installation and first configuration.
After installing it, when you touch the copy button, a pop-up menu appears that allows you to quickly and directly use that copy in various ways:
- Look for it in Google Maps, if it is an address.
- Call the copied number
- Translate text with Google Translate
- Create an event on the calendar
- Modify the copied text (very useful if you want to use a certain text for a message by adding other words or modifying it).
- Send the copied text via SMS.
- Search for the word or text copied on google.
- Share it, and then transfer it, to another app such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Pushbullet or others.
The menu that appears to perform these functions can also be changed in the application settings, changing the order or removing the less used items.
Always in the settings you can activate or deactivate the app.
Another Android mobile application called Clipboard Actions & Manager, works as a copy and paste clipboard manager, to see the history and recover several copied texts.
In this way it is possible to copy different texts also from different apps and then paste them at your choice or even all together.
A similar and alternative app, for Android, is also Easy Copy which with Universal Copy can be included among the apps to improve Android, modify and customize the system
For the management of copy and paste notes on iPhone, the app that can be used is Copied, which automatically saves any copied text or image or link.
