Even if the number of registered users is not as high as on Facebook, Twitter always remains the reference site for those who are on the hunt for news, to follow the last minute news, to give opinions on entertainment events, TV programs, football matches and politics. For these issues, just do a search to enter the video section on Twitter, very rich, where you can find official or amateur videos on any event or show.
You can download videos from Twitter from both PC and mobile phone without much difficulty, even if the site and the application do not allow you to do it by default.

If you want to save a video seen on Twitter on your PC, you can go to the Twitter Video Downloader site.
From Twitter, in a list of tweets, identify with the mouse the one that contains the video to download and press the down arrow located at the top right of the tweet box.
Then press on this arrow and then press " copy link of the Tweet " which will be something like //twitter.com/LazioNostra/status/865564228664610816 .
This URL must then be copied into the Twitter Video Downloader box which will show the buttons for downloading the video in MP4 format with different resolutions.
From this site it is also possible, with the same procedure, to save any animated GIF image that is visible in Twitter.
Other sites to download videos from Twitter are:
- TWDown, which allows you to save the video to MP4 or convert it to MP3 audio file.
This site can also be used to convert a Twitter GIF to MP4 file.
- Downloadtwittervideo.com, which allows you to download Twitter videos also converted into MP3 audio files as well as MP4 and MP4 HD.
Using an Android smartphone, you can download videos from Twitter simply by opening them in Chrome.
Once you open the video with Chrome, just tap it in the center and hold it down to see the Download Video button.
On iPhone and iPad you can use the downloader sites seen above, or a trick that recalls a bit the one already seen to download videos from Facebook.
You have to copy the link of the tweet that contains the video from the official Twitter app by pressing the button with three dots that appears at the bottom right.
The link is then pasted on a browser downloader like MyMedia.
