Hide the taskbar in Windows 10, 7 and 8.1

The Windows taskbar is perhaps the most important part of the operating system, the one from which you can launch your favorite programs, the one where the clock is located and the notification area, the one where there are the Start buttons and, only in Windows 10, also the search and open windows ones.
However, if you work on small screens like those of laptops, the taskbar occupies precious visual space on the shorter side of the screen.

The first solution is ideal for large and large screens, the second solution is the best for laptops, since having the desktop taskbar always in view is superfluous.
