The Amazon guarantee reimburses the money spent within two years

Meanwhile, like all stores, Amazon has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.
You can send back a purchased product, not only if it is defective, but also if you don't like it or if there was an afterthought.
In addition, for many products with some exceptions, Amazon extends this withdrawal period to 30 days, thus providing a wider margin of time than others to bring the product back.
In addition to this, if some stores only make you a voucher when you bring back a product, Amazon will return the money in full, which should be normal.
The added value of the Amazon sales service lies in the product guarantee .
For example, if I buy a smartphone in a normal store and it breaks after 6 months, you cannot bring it back to the store to request the money back and instead you have to take it to a manufacturer's repair center for assistance.
This can be done within 2 years of purchase, but bringing it to service may not be that simple.
Meanwhile, depending on the brand, it may be that there is not even one in the city or that there is, or that it is very far from home.

To take advantage of the Amazon warranty it is important that the product was sold directly on Amazon and not from affiliated stores that may have different conditions.
To recover the amount spent, however, it is necessary to return the damaged item .
First, it is worth contacting customer service by phone or even via chat.
After pointing out the problem, you can choose to change the object (only if it is still on sale from Amazon) or to request a refund of the money.
The operator will then send an email with all the instructions for returning the product and the labels to be placed in the return package.
Obviously the package must be packed in such a way as to secure the object, especially if it is a telephone or something delicate.
It is not essential, although it would be better, to have the original box of the article.
The parcel to be returned can then be taken to the nearest post office for shipping or a courier can be requested from Amazon's customer service, even if in this case the exact time cannot be decided.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed by Amazon and are therefore free.
Once the package returns to Amazon, the money will be returned to the customer as agreed with customer support, with a gift certificate or credit card credit.
