Improve Windows appearance, themes and visual styles

There are many developers and websites that have delighted in creating themes and styles to make Windows, both XP and Vista and Windows 7, more whimsical and creative or to make Windows look like an OS x or Linux system.
First of all, to make Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 accept the visualization changes you need to download a patch for the uxtheme.dll Universal Theme Patcher file that works very well.
If the uxtheme file has already been patched, the patch will have to be applied again if you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows 7 Sp1.
The original file is located in C: / Windows / System32, after finding it and making a backup copy, start the exe file you just downloaded.
The best graphics sites for Windows are certainly Deviant Art and AVG Styler .
A collection of very beautiful and safe themes are on the Deviantart website with a wide choice of Visual Styles for both Windows XP and Windows Vista.
Of sure appreciation are the startup bars of programs like Rocketdock and the like, or a menu bar, very similar to what is found on an IMac, very functional that can be added or replaced by the Start menu.
