How to receive bills by email

If we are used to receiving bills at home by regular mail, we know very well the problems that can happen: the envelope containing the bill could be lost, get ruined or be thrown by mistake, thus keeping us in the dark about his arrival and getting in trouble with the manager (which may take us for defaulting users).
Nowadays these things should no longer happen and to avoid missing a few bills we can rely on the email box, so as to avoid all the problems related to the paper bill in one fell swoop.
Fortunately, most national service providers offer the possibility of receiving the bill via email, so that they can read it at any time and print it to keep track of payments.
We find out in this guide how to receive bills by email from the main service providers (electricity, telephone, internet etc.).
Receive your electricity bill via email
For the electricity bill (also called the electricity bill) we can activate the delivery service via email in a simple and free way with most of the operators that supply electricity in Italy.
If we use the National Electricity Service (formerly Enel Electricity Service) we can activate the bill online by logging in with your credentials from here -> National Electricity Service .
We are not yet registered "> National Electricity Service Registration.
Once logged in, click on the menu Your bill, go to the menu Check the bill then click Activate present next to the item Online.

If we don't know how to activate it or we can't find this menu, we can also use the dedicated page here -> Online .
By providing the email address and confirming the choice we will put an end to the delivery of the paper bill by postman and we will be able to view the bill only by email the day after the issue by the company, saving time and above all paper, thus also making a highly ecological choice.
The bill will be in PDF format and is completely identical to the paper one, including the part where there is the bulletin with which to pay the invoice.
If we use another service provider for electricity, we can activate the bill via email by activating the service at the following links:
- Enel Web Bill (free market)
- Eni Gas and Light
- GreenNetwork Energy
Receive your phone and landline bills via email
We want to receive your phone bill and / or fixed Internet subscription (ADSL or fiber) via email "> MyTIM.
If we are not yet registered, we can do so by keeping a telephone number, user code and a valid email address at hand and clicking here -> MyTIM Fixed Registration .
Once logged in, go to the My Profile menu, select the Profile Management submenu and click on Edit next to the Account Receive Mode item.
To the question Do you want to join the Online Account option which provides for the elimination of the paper sending of the TIM invoice and the contractual conditions governing this option? just select Yes to cancel the sending of the paper bill and receive the bills online on the site (the site entry will become WEB to indicate that the paper bill is no longer sent).

TIM will send a reminder when the online bill is available for consultation from the site via email or SMS.
Fastweb
If we are Fastweb users, we can ask for the bill to be sent via email by going to the dedicated Customer Area page.
On this page you can choose whether to receive your bill by email or on paper (nowadays Fastweb always sends it online, since the paper costs € 0.92 per month more on the cost of the subscription).
The page where you can change the shipping method of your Fastweb bill is available here -> Fastweb Shipping method .

If we still receive the Fastweb paper bill, simply click on Request electronic account to have the bill sent by email.
Vodafone
On Vodafone it is very simple to change the shipping method of the account, going from paper to digital in just a few steps.
First of all, log in to the Do It Yourself page, reachable from here -> Do It Yourself Vodafone .
From this page you can also register if you still do not have a username and password for Vodafone services.
Once inside the customer area we access the section Cost Control -> Telephone Account Management.
Now click on the Edit button next to the Telephone account reception method .

We select the Telephone account via email option in the available choices, with the possibility to also activate the complete Telephone account option in excel format (optional, only if you are interested in consumption).
We complete the procedure by entering a valid email.
Wind Infostrada
We have an Internet and telephone subscription with Wind Infostrada "> Infostrada customer area.
From the same site it will be possible to register for the service if not yet done.
To be able to get your bill via email, simply go to the menu Your telephone account -> Manage your account and from here activate the e-Account by mail item .

We enter a valid email address and finally click on Confirm to get the bill sent by email.
Receive the bill of other users (gas, water etc.) via email
What we have reported to you are the national services on which you can get your bill via email wherever you live, but also local services such as natural gas, water etc. they can offer this type of service.
Since it is impossible to report the local services that offer this possibility, the advice we can give you is to check personally in the customer area of the site or call the telephone number for assistance and explain your need, with a little luckily you could get any bill online and finally get out of any paper bill.
