Create a wifi network from a Windows 7 pc

Normally, to create a wifi network at home or in the office, you need to use a wireless router which, connected to the internet socket, distributes the signal in the environment and allows computers and cellphones to connect and surf the internet.
If you don't have a router and you connect to the internet via ethernet cable, you can still create a wireless network between computers by making sure that one of them shares the connection via its Wifi card .
All the other PCs can then connect to the shared network created through the Windows ICS (Windows' Internet Connection Sharing) service or Ad hoc network connection.
If you use a PC with Windows 7 that connects to the internet via cable and which also has a Wifi card, you can create a wireless network via the Microsoft Virtual Adapter that enables the Hotspot function in Windows.
With the wifi connection you can use the Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 PC to connect to the internet wirelessly with the Androd, iPHone, Nokia or other smartphone models and also with the Playstation or other devices that can be connected to the network.
The PC then operates as if it were a normal router that shares the internet connection (via cable or USB stick) via its WiFi network card.
In another article I explained the manual procedure and without external programs to use the computer as a wireless router while in another post there is the list of automatic tools to create a wireless hotspot with Windows 7.
The only problem with these tools is that although they are very simple, they have no configuration option.
For this reason MyPublicWiFi becomes a very advantageous and very easy to use Windows 7 application for creating a Wi-Fi network, because it allows you to enable the hotspot and also a protection firewall and a URL filter .
This is very useful for setting up a secure Wireless Access Point to restrict network access.
To create the hotspot with MyPublicWifi you only have to give the name to the network, indicate an access password and then enable Internet sharing or internet sharing, indicating the connection used to surf the internet on that computer.
That's it: this activates the Wi-Fi hotspot and allows you to connect other PCs and mobiles to the internet, without limit of number.
In the Management tab there are the options that make this program better than the others.
The MyPublicWiFi Firewall can be used to limit internet access and prevent PCs that connect from downloading from P2P programs such as Emule and Utorrent so that they cannot occupy the entire network bandwidth.
It also prevents the use of file sharing.
The other option, URL Log, allows you to record on the computer that acts as a hotspot, all the web pages viewed by the other PCs and by the mobile phones that connect from the created wifi connection.
This is a very useful feature to control the use of the network by others.
In the Client tab you can see the devices, PCs or cell phones, which connect to the created network.
If there are problems, you can share the internet connection manually before activating the hotspot from MypublicWifi.
Then open the Windows 7 control panel, open the center of network and sharing connections and click on the link on the left side where it says " change adapter settings ".
Locate the internet connection used, right click on it and press Properties.
Go to the " Sharing " tab and put the cross in the option, where it says " Allow other users to connect via the internet connection of this computer " and also to the other.
Where to read: home network connection, make sure there is the name of the wifi card as it is written on the internet connections screen.
If the wifi network is viewed by computers and mobile phones but they do not connect to the internet, set the DNS manually by entering the Google DNS.
