Summary: The witty and funny photomontages can be done on the internet thanks to the help of many web applications that allow you to upload your own photo, whole or only face, and insert it within an unlikely or otherwise different scenario. It thus becomes possible to put your face on the body of a famous person, insert the photo on a newspaper cover or make it appear on an advertising billboard or even as a brand of an object or in any scenario.
Another type of effect very popular among web applications is to insert photos into frames with artistic edges or to mount other designed objects such as a hat or glasses or even imaginative and sparkling things that take the name of glitter.
The thing that cannot be done so easily is to make the union or photomontage between two own photos, with a photomontage where you put the figure of an image to transfer it into another photograph.
At least that I know of (who knows if anyone knows), the only way to do something that comes close is to create a collage between multiple photos or, otherwise you must be good at using photo editing programs such as Gimp (free) or Photoshop online and similar.
This article therefore continues the review of websites that make automatic photomontages that allows you to apply and create many different new effects even if they have nothing innovative.
The site is called Scrapee and is a collection of applications where you can upload a photo and see it change automatically, choosing what to appear or where to make it appear.
The sections into which Scrapee is divided are as follows:
1) Montage of photos where a person's face is extracted and placed in a different scenario.
There are more than 150 backgrounds in which to insert your own image to be put inside a museum, a billboard, a newsstand, a painting, a shirt, a television, a mobile phone screen and much more.
2) Put on the photograph of the glitter designs that move such as bright stars, hearts or bubbles.
In this section there are few choices so I refer to the post with the list of the best sites in which to find glitter to be applied over the photos and images.
3) Writing phrases on photos is a nice feature even if you can do it very easily using Powerpoint so I don't bother.
4) The richest section is that of " Frames " which are in fact frames designed within which you can make your own photograph appear.
There are many frames to use and you can incorporate not only the whole photo but also only part of it inside.
In fact they are also photomontages with the difference that in the previous point 1 the assembly was done on real scenarios while with frames or "cool frames" the scenarios are drawn.

5) The special effects section contains the typical distortions of photography, with enlargements of parts of the face or with shades and different shades of colors or with the insertion of the photo in more serious frames (this can also be done with Powerpoint easily or using the BigHugeLabs site filters)
6) Face in Hole is the section where images are proposed with a hole in the center where you can put your face.
For these types of photo montages you can also use the site called FaceInHole because it has much more choice.
7) The reflected water effect comes out very well but with the occasion I remember that this type of effect is a typical online photo editing that can be done with several other tools.
And so we did a nice summary waiting for something new to come.
