The main deterrent in the decision to jailbreak iOS, i.e. the procedure to unlock the iPhone in order to make changes and install apps that are not on the official Apple store, has always been that of having to reinstall the iOS system in full to eliminate jailbreak changes, without updating iOS to a new version (which maybe can't be unlocked). Jailbreaking an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch has some side effects, for example, losing the warranty and making the device more difficult to resell.
In short, if the reason why you have never jailbreak the iPhone has always been to not be able to go back without reinstalling iOS or if you find it difficult to remove the jailbreak because the restore could update the system, you can rest assured today and use the tool to remove the jailbreak without affecting the integrity of the iPhone phone or iPad tablet.

CydiaImpactor is not only a program for Windows, Mac and Linux PCs, but it is also an iOS app found in Cydia, which allows you to destroy all data on the iPhone, cancel all changes made to the device files, remove the jailbreak and restore iOS in its current version, without making updates.
CydiaImpactor then removes all the data so, before continuing and using it, you must make sure that you have enough charge on the battery and that you have photos and important data in a backup (see here how to backup the iPhone)
The tool that removes the jailbreak takes a few minutes to do all the work, during which you don't have to touch the iPhone.
Once finished the iOS device will reboot and will be like new.
You will then have to reset your Apple account, reactivate Find My iPhone and reset all applications.
