I know I am the last to be able to talk about intelligence however, in a glimmer of lucidity, I have tried to train my intellectual abilities with toys and intelligence tests. Speaking of Brain Training, Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training immediately comes to mind, the popular game launched by Nintendo that is so successful all over the world.
For those who do not know it, we can briefly say that it is a game to train the mind with a series of puzzles, without plot or path to follow where the player, every day, must perform simple arithmetic exercises, sudoku questions, tests of memory and more for the purpose, not only theoretical, of stimulating the brain and keeping it in shape.
The creator of Brain Training, Dr. Ryuta Kawashima is considered the main Japanese brain researcher.

Let's try then to see which are the best games to train the brain and to calculate the brain age, which are available on the internet, for free .
1) gBrainy is a free application to download to train the mind, in Italian, which tests the brain with a series of questions of logic, mathematical calculation and memory.
To get decent results, you must quickly answer the questions that are asked and, based on the time taken and the quality of the answers, you will have a final score.
Difficulty levels are many and progress can be saved chronologically so you can see your progress and if brain training is going to help.
2) Brain Age Test 01 is an application to be played online which is used to find out if your brain age coincides with your real age.
It is a timed logic game, in which you have to keep in mind the displayed numbers that will have to be reordered from the lowest to the highest.
An X indicates the correct answer, the O is the symbol of the error.
At the end of the test the program will tell if you are older or younger than the actual age.
3) The Luminosity website and its tests and games to train the mind and keep the brain awake are beautiful and educational.
Excellent graphics, simple but pleasant and the quality of flash games that can be done even without registering.
Paths can also be followed to improve memory and attention, recording the results obtained day by day.
4) FitBrains.com is very similar to Lumosity with a main difference, although both can be played with a free account, FitBrains however allows you to play every day for free without limitations .
You can then train your mind day by day, doing without the various paid premium account control tools.
FitBrains has a limited number of games, but very nice and useful to expand the function of the brain in the areas of memory recall, in agility and creative ability.
Every day you play, you become smarter.
The games are simple but not boring and neither infinite nor repetitive.
5) The Brain training of the ridigratis.it site is made up of questions in Italian which must be answered correctly in the shortest possible time.
At the end of the game the brain age is revealed which will certainly be different from the real one.
6) Great site is Gameforthebrains, with many games to train the mind, in Italian.
7) CogniFit Brain Training is an online test in Italian to improve cognitive skills, memory and concentration, with games designed by neuroscientists.
Players can track progress and learn more about general mental health.
After an initial quiz, the app adjusts the difficulty of each game based on your personal profile and provides recommendations based on the results.
8) On another post, the discussion continues with the best puzzle games on the internet that surely keep the brain awake and do a lot to wake the slumbering minds.
