How to create the cover and profile picture on Facebook

The right proportions for cover and profile image
The ideal image to be uploaded as a cover is 820 x 310 px so any photo, in order to be displayed correctly, should have these dimensions or, at least, the same proportions. We load in it the photo that we intend to use as a cover or profile image on Facebook, apply the check mark on Use Advanced Options and press on Advanced Options. From this new menu, go to the Resize tab, check the items Resize, In Pixels and Preserve Aspect Ratio and enter the pixel values indicated at the top in the New Width and New Height fields.
Confirm at the bottom on OK and, returned to the home screen, click on Convert to start converting the photos.
