Go to the ski slopes from your PC on Google Maps

With the start of the winter season, Google has published 360-degree photos of the main Italian ski slopes, in the Dolomites and in the Alps, visible in Google Maps via Street View mode .
Already last year the Street View snowmobile had photographed the main ski slopes in the USA and Canada, but now you can virtually ski from the PC on the snow of the main Italian mountains.
Those who have never been there, those who plan a skiing holiday and those who cannot afford it, can connect to the Google Maps website from their PC or Android Tablet to go down the slopes of places such as:
1) Madonna di Campiglio

2) Folgarida Marileva

3) Alpe di Siusi (near Ortisei)
4) Valtournanche
5) Madesimo
Just outside Italy we also have:
- Solden in Austria
- St Moritz (Switzerland)
- Zermatt
You can search for other areas where StreetView passes by pointing the map on the mountains in Northern Italy and then clicking on the little yellow man on the map by holding down the left mouse button and dragging it along the blue lines that indicate the locations photographed.
The ski slopes are listed on this page
Like any Street View area, the slopes can also be "skied" using the mouse by zooming with the wheel, turning the head and going from one area to another by clicking 360 degrees.
