Windows background and colors change based on weather and weather conditions

Thanks to some nice amateur programs, you can change the graphics of the Windows desktop automatically, depending on the weather conditions .
So if it is sunny outside, the windows can be colored in a certain way and a certain solar background will appear, if instead there is rain outside or if the weather is cloudy, the windows will be of another color and there will be another wallpaper on the desktop.
Each change will take place automatically, without manual intervention, so, as soon as you turn on the computer, you will immediately know what time it is out .. (so said it seems useless, in fact it is).
However, it is not so much to know the current weather situation but rather a nice way to customize the desktop graphics by linking it to reality .
There are therefore two programs for Windows 7 and Vista, one that allows you to change the background, the other that instead simply changes the color of the edges of the windows, all depending on the weather situation detected (via the internet).
1) Weather Desktop Background is a small free program that does not require installation and that works in the background.
At the first start you will have to select the city where you are and whose weather conditions you want to know.
In the main interface you can click on the pencil next to the word Location and enter the name of the city, in English.
For example Rome is Rome, Milan is Milan and so on (look on Google for translations of less large cities).
If the name is recognized, the ok is given and the weather forecast of the next 4 days is shown.
By clicking on the wheel you can set the metric system and the calculation of the temperature in degrees Celsius.
If you press the Change Background button, the images that appear for each time are shown.
The default images are very ugly, so they need to be changed.
Then go to one of the sites to download desktop wallpapers, choose some and replace them on the program.
An image of the clear sky can be the background if the weather is nice, vice versa a storm can be put when it rains.
The program lists 31 different climatic conditions so it can take some time to replace them.
When working in the background, it is noted by the icon in the taskbar, where, clicking on it, it will give information on the current temperature.
2) Aero Weather changes the color scheme of the operating system according to the weather conditions of your city .
Again, after installation, you will have to write the city name in English.
In the program configuration tab you can choose whether to change the colors based on the weather condition or on the basis of the detected temperature and then whether to enable the "night" mode.
The minimum and maximum values allow you to define the range of colors:
Maximum temperature colors red
Minimum temperature has purple color.
The Windows interface turns gray if it's cloudy, blue if it's sunny, white if it's snowing, dark gray if it's raining, and so on.
Night mode softens colors that become more opaque.
To use this program, Aero effects must be activated.
I remember, from another article, how to change the desktop wallpaper automatically at time intervals
