Recover Facebook login and password if you no longer log in

Many have written to me " how can I recover my Facebook account if I can no longer log in"> how to cancel my Facebook account if I cannot log in? "
The problem, in most cases, is that the account has been hacked, that is, stolen by someone else, or has been banned and disabled .
This is really a nuisance, both if you use Facebook and if you would like to remove the account registered in your name.
Facebook has many flaws, especially related to the defense of privacy but, for many, it is an important tool for communicating with friends and for spreading their thoughts and ideas.
Since Facebook is generally used with real data where commercial preferences are also expressed and where very close personal relationships can be established, it becomes a delicious target, both for those who want to spread spam and advertising, and for those who want to spy on others.
In another article I wrote some advice not to be stolen from the Facebook login account and password and your virtual identity.
Very briefly, the techniques for stealing accounts, beyond deception between people who know each other, are two:
1) Send a fake Email that directs to a web page identical to that of Facebook and says to enter the login password to receive, for example, a prize.
2) Have a virus application installed by the inattentive user who maybe promises to "see who is looking at your profile" but who really does nothing but steal the Facebook login.
If you are unable to enter your account then, there may be the possibility of having lost it or of having been banned .
Being banned means being deleted from Facebook and, as already written in the past, the deactivation of the profile is communicated directly by Facebook and one realizes that, looking for it, perhaps from a friend's account, one no longer sees one's name.
If, however, there are no notifications or warnings and your profile is still visible for all your friends, then, if you are unable to access it, it may have been stolen.
In this case, also see how to recover the disabled or blocked Facebook account .
The recovery of the hacked account goes through the official Facebook tools .
First of all, it seems superfluous to say it but I say it all the same, be sure to try accessing the internet browser by typing with the keyboard, exactly the address //www.facebook.com and be sure that you are not on a fake web page, from another website.
After logging in, in case you are able to enter again, definitely change your password and remove all even dubious applications as written in the article "remove applications on Facebook".
If you are unable to enter, you must then recover your access password using the email address used during registration.
From the Facebook login page you must click where it says " you forgot your password ".
By mistaking your password 3 consecutive times, if the warning that the account has been disabled does not appear, you are given the option to reset the access password.
Obviously it is not that you can reset the access password of any account and hope that it will be sent to your Email box, it will always be communicated to the email address used during registration.
To do it first you can click directly on the Facebook Recover page or reset your password .
In the event that those who have violated the account have changed the email address used to log in, to recover Facebook you can proceed with the report of a compromised account .
Then read the account protection guide with instructions to report if my account has been compromised or if I think a friend's account has been compromised.
If you think someone may have used your Facebook account without permission, protect it and get assistance by clicking the Blue button on this page, to recover your Facebook account if hacked.
To recover the Facebook password, if it has been stored on the web browser of your computer at least once and if the form data has not been deleted from the web history, you can use the Facebook Password Decryptor tool.
Facebook Password Decryptor is a free program for Windows that can recover Facebook account passwords and user names saved in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera.
No need for technical skills to use this program, just start it by opening the "Portable" version (after extracting the zip archive), press the Start Recovery button and, after a short scan, read the names and passwords stored on the various browser.
The passwords are still hidden behind the asterisks by default but just press the "Show Password" button to read them in clear text.
It is also possible to export the list of Facebook access accounts to a text file or to an HTML page.
There are no other recovery procedures for stolen or hacked accounts so, in case you encounter external websites with similar tools, do not trust absolutely.
you have to be very careful, as you do with spam emails from fake online banks, to e-mails that ask for personal data or click on dubious links.
I, personally, do not recommend to receive Facebook notifications on the Email box so there is no risk of getting confused.
If the ultimate goal is to permanently unsubscribe, once logged in, follow the instructions on the guide page to delete the account from Facebook.
For all other Facebook Login problems, read the guide to enter Facebook without a password if the account is hacked
