In my house, now, when the landline phone rings, no one picks up and lets it ring until it stops without even going to see who it is. This is due to the calls from the call centers which, despite repeated requests to delete my number from the lists, do not stop arriving at all hours of the day, in the morning, in the afternoon and sometimes even in the evening.
To make me take the drastic decision not to answer the landline phone anymore, there is also the problem of silent calls, those that, when answered, nobody speaks, except hearing a recorded voice of a woman who, after a few seconds, says " Goodbye ".
