Loupe is the name of a really nice and fun web application to make a collage of photographs with a particular shape . What is created is a design inside which there are, small, all the chosen photos which can be two or 100 depending on your preferences.
Creating a collage with Loupe is really easy and all you have to do is choose the shape and then the photos to be grouped together to get this new image.
In addition, you can use the images uploaded in your photo albums on Facebook or even photos of friends and turn them into a collage.
Collages are really beautiful to look at and can also be personalized with a design of your choice or by writing a word.
To use Loupe, just go to the application site and log in via the Facebook account on which you must authorize access to the photos.
To start, click on the " Get Started " button, choose the shape among those available at the top (there are also Windows and Apple logos and some classic symbols) and then add the photos.
Choosing the shape is the best part of the application.
The shape is also generated with a single image, which is repeated in the collage.
Among the shapes, the latter allows you to make a collage of photos with the shape of a word with a maximum of 6 letters.
The choice of photos instead can be done from different channels: search on the internet, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and any other website.
You can then start by searching for a word and selecting the images you want to include in the collage.
Then you can add more photos by clicking on the Add button and continue the creation.
The best option is certainly the selection of photos from Facebook, because you can thus make a collage using your own albums or those of friends.
After generating a shape, you can also modify it with the mouse by moving the small images and arranging them in a different way or removing some of them if you don't like their position.
You can also choose another shape from the predefined ones, without having to start over.
In Loupè, the sharing options are currently a bit limited, so you have to save it on your computer and republish it on Facebook or other social networks or share the link of the photo.
Since the collage is published publicly on the internet and there are no options to keep it private, it is not convenient to use photos that you don't want to make public.
Unfortunately, the final image is a bit small and not of very high resolution but for a playful sharing it is more than good.
