With the extraordinary success of the Walking Dead TV series, it is normal that the Zombie is today the most loved and also the most feared monster of the horror fantasy. There is nothing better then to enter the atmosphere of the Halloween party becoming a living dead .
Thanks to the official and promotional application of The Walking Dead it is possible to become, virtually, one of the zombies of the show, create the ugliest image and scare friends on Facebook by publishing the photo.
The application is free and completely renewed for season 5 of the TV series.
After downloading and opening the Walking Dead Youself app for Android smartphones and tablets, for iPhone and iPad you will find different scenarios to choose from, with different types of photo montages to use.
Each scenario is a separate change package which must be downloaded before use.
You can therefore choose between:
- Dead Yourself Classic, with simpler effects, to become a zombie similar to those of the first seasons of the show.
- Hunt or Be Hunted, to become a more modern zombie, as in the last series.
- Deadicated, with the best effects used by fans-
- Di Sguincio, to use an oblique photo, less recognizable but more terrifying.
- Soaking, to put your face in a zombie head immersed in water (as did the governor of the third season).
- Survivor, to show himself on the run or under attack by zombies.
To become a zombie you can take a selfie with the front camera, centering the image as in the figure, without worrying too much about being beautiful or combed (so the photo becomes a scary image anyway (or you can choose a photo, always front, from the roll).
On your face, using the buttons below, you can then choose a type of zombie mouth, a model of living dead eyes and then an additional element, which can be a fence in front of the face, the bars of a prison, a asked in the background, hands ready to attack, an ax stuck in the head and several others.
With the last button on the right you can finally put a filter on the photo to make it darker and give a real horror atmosphere to the image.
The zombie photo can then be saved to the mobile phone by pressing the " Done " button.
Below, you can choose to publish the photo in the zombie gallery on the Dead Yourself site and share it on a social network such as Facebook, via Email, via Whatsapp or wherever you prefer. Here I am, in the test I did in 3 minutes.
