One of these is Magic Plan, available for Android and iPhone / iPad, which allows you to make the plan of an apartment simply by taking photos.
The application requires a mobile phone with gyroscope, which is present on the iPhone and on many Android smartphone models.
To check the presence of a gyroscope, you can install the Android Sensor Box app.
Magic Plant can be used to draw the plan of a house, apartment, office or apartment building.
It is possible to mark the details of each plant with name, street and all related information, as a real estate agent would do.
You can then add the rooms by taking photos of each of them from a central position, moving with the camera to frame the corners as the application will say.
The app makes use of augmented reality so virtual lines are added to the frame to have the edges and to guide in the frame.
The measurements are sufficiently accurate even if you still need to check with the meter to be sure, at the centimeter, that the measurement is correct.
