Disable message about add-ons in Internet Explorer

Those who use Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), may find it quite annoying the appearance of a message at the bottom where it says " speed up browsing by disabling add-ons ".
The popup shows two options: request later or Choose add-ons to disable.
This is an automatic internet explorer default control to prevent the browser from becoming slow due to poorly developed plugins or extensions with poor performance.
The problem is that, after the first manual check, if you choose to keep a useful add-on that is detected as "slow", the message will continue to appear every time.
Luckily there is a solution to avoid the appearance of this warning on IE9 add-ons and there are several methods to leave the extensions or toolbars active without seeing the message about the performance of the extensions anymore.
To permanently disable the " speed up browsing by disabling add-ons " message, you can do it in three ways:
1) By increasing the time threshold that Internet Explorer considers as a limit before the warning appears.
By pressing the Choose add-ons button, instead of deactivating all the extensions and toolbars indicated as slow, you can increase the time delay caused by the addon that makes the message appear.
Below you can see a drop down menu where the default value of 0.20 seconds can be increased up to 10 seconds .
No extension will take a long time to load (otherwise it would really have to be deleted) so the yellow warning at the bottom will no longer appear.
2) The same thing can be done even without waiting for the message to appear, by changing a registry key.
Then type the regedit command on the Start menu search box to access the registry editor.
From the left tree, expand the following path HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ MAO Settings .
Selecting MAO Settings, look on the right side and double click on AddonLoadTimeThreshold, set the decimal base, write the value 10000 and click OK.
This will increase the performance threshold to 10.00 seconds for all extensions.
3) If you have administrator rights on the Windows 7 system (except the Home and Starter versions), open the start menu, write the gpedit.msc command on the search box and press enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor .
From the left tree, go to: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer .
On the right, find the entry: Disable notification on performance add-ons, double click to open and disable it.
