A recent novelty, called Paypal.me, now makes everything even more immediate.
It is a free service that allows all those who have a Paypal account to create a unique and personalized link that leads to the web page where those who have to give us money will have nothing to do but a click of confirmation .
It is not a service for professionals only, but it is valid for everyone and works very well to receive payments via the internet from anyone .
To create the personal Paypal link, go to the paypal.me page and press the button to start.
You will then have to indicate the word to personalize the address such as, for example //www.paypal.me/pomes, my link that I can share to receive money from those who have to give them to me or from those who want to make a donation.
The personalized link cannot be changed in the future so you need to be sure and confirm it.
You must then select whether it is a private account or for the sale of goods.
In the first case all the money transfers are free, in the second there is the commission to be paid to Paypal.
You can also add a photo to the page to be recognized by those who want or have to send us money.
In the end you get an essential web page optimized for smartphones, with our name and a text box in which to write the amount to be sent to that person.
After creating the Paypal link, you can share it with anyone who has to give us money, even a couple of Euros.
Note that if you are requesting a particular amount, you can share the link to open a web page ready for the payment of that specific amount.
For example, from my profile page //www.paypal.me/pomes/25, you can send me 25 Euros.
In the end, pending the availability of other fast payment systems such as those of Apple, Facebook and Google already active in the USA, Paypal is certainly the most immediate and secure solution that can be found.
