Office app for Android and iOS with Chromecast support

There are many applications to open, edit and work with Office documents on smartphones and tablets, including the official Microsoft Office version for Android, iPhone and iPad.
Among the newer apps, one is enjoying considerable success, both because it is free and fully functional to open and write Office documents, and because it is, for now, the only one that supports Chromecast.
Thanks to this application it is therefore possible to project and see on the big screen like that of a TV or a projector every Powerpoint presentation, Excel table, PDF document and Word .
This will certainly come in handy for those who work and have to present projects or slides in conferences or meetings, without having to make those boring connections with cables and with the convenience of controlling the presentation from your smartphone.

The application I'm talking about is Polaris Office, downloadable for free for Android and for iPhone / iPad .
The app allows you to create and edit Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint presentations and PDF files .
Among its best features there is also integration with the main cloud services (Onedrive, Google Drive Dorpobox etc.) and to work even without a network connection.
The fact that it has native support for Chromecast is very important because, even if possible to project the entire Android or Chrome screen from the PC, having streaming from the app guarantees much more fluidity and optimization.
When using Polaris Office, the smartphone or tablet becomes a remote control to control and move the document, making it absolutely effective especially in the case of Powerpoint presentations.
The only thing required to use Polaris Office is to register an account for their cloud service.
From the application, making sure that the Chromecast is active and connected to the Wi-Fi network, you can tap the Cast button in the upper right corner.
Browse the files stored in the application and touch the one you want to project on TV.
Remember to import the Office documents that you want to project with the Chromecast on Polaris before making the connection.
When the file you wanted to view appears on the TV screen, you will see a pad with arrows on your mobile phone to scroll and enlarge documents.
The projection performance of Powerpoint presentations is particularly fluid, much more than that of Word documents or Excel sheets.
NOTE: The Google Slides app (for iPhone and Android) also supports the projection of slides on a TV with Chromecast.
