Youtube opens videos ultra fast and in high quality with a trick on Windows

In particular cases, when you open a Youtube video you have to wait some time before you can watch the video all in a row.
This is because there is a rather slow loading of the video, especially if you choose too high a quality or HD.
The annoying thing is that this problem occurs even if you have a very fast connection and not only to those who have a slow internet connection to download data.
Looking for solutions to the slow Youtube problem, we have found a nice trick that, at the moment, seems to work really well and allows you to upload Youtube in ultra fast times, even selecting 720p or 1080p high quality videos, greatly improving the YouTube viewing experience .

Given that Navigaweb declines any problem caused by the misuse of the indications in this guide, while ensuring that you can always go back and restore everything as it was before, let's see how to apply this simple but effective trick.
The hack involves executing a command in the DOS command prompt.
Then open a Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
In Windows 8, from the Start screen, search for Prompt and then right click on Command Prompt to launch it as a computer administrator.
In Windows 7 or XP instead look for the command prompt in the menu Start -> Programs -> Accessories, right click on it and run as administrator.
If the User Account Control (UAC) window appears, click on YES and continue.
The command should be copied as is, without making any changes:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name = "YouTubeHack" dir = in action = block remoteip = 173.194.55.0 / 24, 206.111.0.0 / 16 enable = yes
To paste it into the DOS Prompt press the right mouse button anywhere in the window.
Press Enter to run the command to get an OK as an answer.
The change is an addition to the rules of the Windows firewall that acts at the system level.
You can now open the Youtube site from any browser on your PC and notice how the uploading of videos, even at high quality, is very fast or, in any case, much faster than before.
Buffering performance should be significantly improved and every YouTube video can now be played in higher quality .
This command works because some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) use a bandwidth saving system in streaming data by loading the cached versions of videos on their servers.
The execution of this command instead forces the computer to contact the YouTube servers in any case, circumventing the limitation of its ISP.
The only drawback is that this command blocks a certain range of IP addresses belonging to Google and other content distribution networks, so there may be problems in the future to connect with other websites that use these IP addresses.
To remove the rule from the Windows Firewall and remove the change, then run this command
netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name = "YouTubePerformanceHack"
