Delete contacts and numbers shared on Facebook, even for non-subscribers

I laugh when I still hear people who do not sign up for Facebook for privacy reasons and are therefore convinced they are out of it.
Even more laughter makes me those who have been scandalized by the fact that Whatsapp now shares phone numbers on Facebook.
In reality Facebook has already cataloged names, telephone numbers and information of people from all over the world not only of those who are registered, but also of those who are not registered but are friends of the members.
Facebook is increasingly intelligent in the way it interacts with people and has used every application to catalog anyone who connects to the internet.
This happens with photos and tags, with quotes and, above all, thanks to the Facebook Messenger app which, by accessing the phone book of each person who installs it (more than u billion people use Facebook Messenger), stores all the numbers register contacts with their names .
Fortunately, even if not in an evident way, all our data shared with Facebook can be seen and, if desired, also deleted if you do not want it to be stored.
It is one of the many hidden Facebook pages, where you can view the list of contacts in our phone book loaded via Facebook Messenger more or less consciously.
The address book, in addition to telephone numbers, also contains other information such as email addresses.
To view this list, you must open the page at //www.facebook.com/mobile/messenger/contacts/ .
The address book is stored in the Facebook servers and is used to send new friendship suggestions to us or even to our friends and also to associate any nicknames, nicknames and email addresses.
Telephone numbers and other information are covered until you click on them.
If you do not want to share phone numbers in the address book with Facebook, you can click the Delete all button at the top of the list.
However, if, after deleting everything, you reinstall Facebook Messenger on your mobile phone authorizing it to synchronize your contacts, then this page will be populated again with all the data.
It does not end here, on another page, the one with the address //www.facebook.com/invite_history.php lists all the phone numbers saved by Facebook Messenger from our mobile phone, even of people who are not registered on Facebook.
In this case, in addition to deleting everything, it is possible to select only some numbers to be deleted or choose to delete only those of people not yet registered.
To prevent the numbers from the address book from being synchronized again and saved online from Facebook, it is necessary to disable the loading of contacts in the general options of the Facebook application on Android and iPhone.
In the end it is a lost battle at the start and even those who are not registered with Facebook have the beautiful number stored on the Zuckerberg servers, ready to use to cross personal data for marketing and advertising purposes.
