Since it is useful and sooner or later everyone may need it for one reason or another, I recommend downloading the portable version of Microsoft Fixit immediately (it does not work on Windows 10)

After launching the file and accepting the conditions, you must specify the folder where all Microsoft's automatic repair tools will be downloaded.
