The Youtube Charts page is therefore a list of Top 10 with 4 different rankings: Trendy, most listened songs, most viewed music videos, most popular artists .
The global ranking, the one that applies to the whole world, is that of the charts.youtube.com/global .
The ranking of the best songs is based on the number of views of the video on YouTube and is calculated by combining all the official versions of a song (therefore the official music video and also the videos created by users with the official song and lyrics of the lyrics). The chart of the best songs is updated every week.

The ranking of the best artists is that of the most popular singers on YouTube based on the total number of views of the entire discography, including official music videos, those created by users, live concert videos, remixes, and all collaborations .
The most viewed music video is a ranking only among official videos.
Finally, that of the Top Trending Videos, is the ranking of the trend videos, which automatically updates several times a day and where the fastest growing artists appear, with more views at the moment.
