Print Email Gmail even many at once

Printing an email message received and opened in Gmail is quite easy, just press the printer button that is at the top right of each message.
The print button icon of an email is not exactly great, but it is unequivocal and is located at the top right, above the Reply button.
The Print button can also be found from the menu that appears by pressing the down arrow next to the Reply button in the Gmail message menu.
The only thing you can't do in Gmail is to print more than one message at once, perhaps even grouping emails into a single PDF to be printed.
To be able to print multiple Gmail emails at once without having to open them one by one, there are two fairly effective methods.
1) Using Google Drive
The first method is to save the messages to be printed in a PDF file in Google Drive.
This method requires before assigning to the messages to be printed a certain label, for example, "to be printed".
Then open Google Drive and create a new folder, with the name "Gmail to print" where the emails to be printed will be saved.
Now, install the add-on for Google Sheets, Save Emails and Attachments, providing the required permissions.
From the Google Sheets table, go to the Add-ons menu, find Save Emails and Attachments and create a new rule.
In this new rule, choose the label of the Gmail messages to be printed and then press on Select Drive Folder to choose the Google Drive folder created before.
Once the messages are saved in Google Drive, they can all be selected and downloaded to the PC and then printed all together (selecting them all and pressing the right mouse button or the CTRL-P keys).
2) With Microsoft Outlook
Importing Email from Gmail into the Microsoft Outlook PC program is quite easy and we have explained it with the guide to configure Gmail in Microsoft Outlook.
Using Outlook it's easy to select emails and print them using the print button.
